Wan interface or Wan DHCP client not getting ip cannot assing 10.0.0.0 or 192.168.0.0 range static IP.
This Error comes because the router firmware configured to get public ip address, and if the router's wan dhcp client gets a private ip it rewoke the ip or if you do static ip gives error "WAN IP must be on these networks.
Simply you cannot give a private ip range as wan ip.
For resolving this
You need to UNLOCK the ISP provided router(Like hathway provided dlink router).
For Unlocking Router you
1) Need a Router Firmware (unlocked one).
2)Firmware Update option in Router GUI option (which is DISABLED)

Save the file. Unzip it.and you will gwt DIR-600M-V3.05B01.img File.
2)Firmware Update:
Go to firmware update page Maintenance > Firmware Update

Login to router and paste the link in the below.
192.168.0.1/Tools/Firmwar e.asp
Now you will redirected to Firmware Update Page of your router.

It will take some time to reset, after reset done your router is good to go.
After reset router will be like a fresh one you have to do basic configuation like wlan.
Now your Router wan support Private IP Range.(192.168.x.x , 10.x.x.x)
